All Weekends will be held at Camp Tekoa in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
Applications will be accepted up until one (1) week prior to the first day of the flight. Any applications submitted past this day may be placed on the next Flight or Journey.
On all weekends, candidates should be at registration between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. day one of flight/journey in the Dining Hall. Send-off is at 9 a.m., with Sponsor's Hour following shortly thereafter. Candlelight is 8 p.m. Day Two at Camp Tekoa Dining Hall and Closing at 4:20 p.m. on day three in the Dining Hall.

Cost for Caterpillar: $80.00 for the weekend
Cost for Team Member: $85.00 for the weekend

If staying overnight to help behind the scenes, please contact the registrar to reserve a room. Beds are $18.00/night. Meals are $5.00 each and may be paid in advance or in the kitchen. Please contact the registrar to reserve a bed before the weekend. All adults 18+ years old must have submitted a background check to serve on weekends.
